ИСТРАЖИВАЧКО НОВИНАРСТВО
-извјештавање о раду јавних институција-

Циљ програма је да младим новинарима и студентима новинарства пружи практична знања о методама истраживачког новинарства и праћењу рада јавних институција. Програм обухвата сљедеће модуле – основе писања у новинарству; писање за wеб; истраживачке технике (извори, технике интервјуа, дефинисање истраживачких питања); аудио и видео продукција.

Током програма полазници раде на својој истраживачкој причи о раду јавних институција у БиХ, уз помоћ својих тренера/ментора. Програм је подељен у двије тренинг сесије, које ће бити одржане у Медиацентру Сарајево (укупно 10 тренинг дана) и менторског рада на причи полазника. Методологија рада током тренинга заснована је на стандардима Реутерс фондације, програмског партнера.

Све приче се раде у wеб формату, уз видео и аудио елементе. Најуспјешнији полазници и полазнице школе добијају цертификат организације European Journalism Center и Mediacentar о успјешно завршеном програму.

Програм је намијењен студентима завршних година журналистике; и новинарима до 5 година искуства, из Босне и Херцеговине. Уз пријавни формулар, молимо вас да посаљете и кратак синеопсис ваше истраживачке приче, на којој би жељели да радите током програма.

The overall aim of the training course is to improve the quality of Youth in Action Projects involving organizations from South East Europe, by raising the participants’ awareness on the principles of non-formal learning and its validation, and training them to implement Youthpass in their future projects (EVS, Youth Exchanges and Training Courses).

The objectives of the training course are:

• To create possibilities for sharing experience among youth leaders from different countries in SEE and develop expertise in non-formal education;
• To explore the concept and exchange practice of non-formal learning in youth work, especially in the context of South East Europe;
• To raise awareness on the potential and educational value of youth work in the frame of eight key competences for life-long learning;
• To promote and deepen the understanding and knowledge of Youthpass as a tool for recognition and validation of non-formal learning in youth work;
• To raise awareness of the wider recognition context of non-formal education and learning through reflection on recent developments in youth and education policies in the region;
• To provide the participants with a possibility to experience Youthpass by integrating self-assessment of competences and issuing of the certificates in the programme of the training course;
• To train the participants on the technical use of Youthpass and facilitation of self-assessment of competences, with the aim of enabling them to issue Youthpasses for participants in their future projects under the Youth in Action Programme (EVS, Youth Exchanges and Training Courses);

Participants’ profile:

• The training course is targeting practitioners (youth workers, youth leaders, project managers, EVS mentors) from South East Europe with prior experience in the field of youth and non-formal education, specifically within the Youth in Action Programme;
• The participants should have some experience on Youth in Action Programme´s Actions open for the Neighbouring Partner Countries (Action 2 and / or 3.1) and have interest in realising further projects with a special focus on the learning dimension and its recognition;
• The participants should have interest in exploring the concept of non-formal learning, its validation and applicability in youth work;
• Prior experience in implementing Youthpass is not required, however, the participants should be interested in integrating the Youthpass instrument and the Youthpass process in their future projects under the Youth in Action Programme;

ISWiB 2010. will be held from 11.07. – 18.07. under the motto “Do we tolerate intolerance?” This year, the participants may choose one of the following workshops: Human Rights, Film-making, Photography, Marketing, Arts & Crafts, Youth Activism, Media, Performing Arts, Sustainable Development, and Environmental Protection.

Apart from the workshops led by partner organizations, the educational program will include a panel discussion and open lectures.
As the goal of ISWiB is the breaking of national, religious, cultural and language barriers, not only through the exchange of knowledge, opinions and ideas, but also by making friends and hanging out with each other, ISWiB 2010 will be an opportunity for lots of fun, cultural manifestations, day trips, and parties.

The participation fee is 80 euros for foreign students, and covers accommodation, food and workshop materials. For Serbian students, the participation fee is 40 euros and doesn’t cover accommodation. All students studying at European universities, fluent in English are eligible to apply.

I would like to draw your attention to the first Euro-Mediterranean Forum for Cultural Diplomacy organized by the Chios Institute for Mediterranean Affairs on the Greek island of Rhodes next May (May 11th-14th 2010).

This Forum will provide a open platform for exchanges and debates for students and young professionals with a keen interest in the Mediterranean region as well as in cultural diplomacy.

The University of Bologna within the framework of the Uniadrion Network is organizing the third edition of the 4-days course “MEDIA: Streaming Technologies for Web Broadcasting” at the University of Zenica (Bosnia and Herzegovina). http://uniadrion.net/media3.php

The Faculty of Humanities of the University of Pecs, in co-operation with the Society for the Science of History, Pecs, will host the next edition of the Central European Studies Summer University, which will take place in the City of Pecs, European Capital of Culture 2010, between 16 and 25 July 2010. The Student Organization of University of Maribor (Slovenia) will organize 12th SCiM (Student Conference in Maribor). This is one of the biggest international student festivals, which annually gathers more than 80 students all over the world.

Time for SCIM 2010 is coming closer. This year, it will be bigger, more attractive and with much more fun. It will be organized between 28th June and 8th July. At the same time, the famous Festival of Lent will be held! SCIM (Student Conference in Maribor) is the biggest project of the Department of International Affairs at the Student Organization of University of Maribor. Each year, more than 60 students from different countries are gathered. Its main topic this year is Poverty and social exclusion. The following workshops will be realized:

• photography workshop,
• video workshop,
• art sculpture workshop,
• theater workshop,
• art drawing and painting workshop,
• creative-trash workshop,
• fashion workshop.

Within these workshops students will prepare exhibition and theater performance; thus immediate results of our project will be shown.

Nastavljajući uspješnu tradiciju, nevladina organizacija WUS Austria, u saradnji sa partnerom SUS BiH, i ove godine organizuje BH Challenge 2010 - Balkan Case Challenge 2010, a u svrhu podrške procesu reforme na univerzitetima u Bosni i Hercegovini i Bolonjskog procesa.

Balkan Case Challenge se razvio iz nastojanja da se unaprijedi nastavni proces kroz naglašavanje značaja case-study metode, omogućivši studentima sticanje jedinstvenog praktičnog znanja i snalaženja u novom okruženju, istovremeno ih pripremajući za tržište rada. Danas, nakon 9 uspješnih godina, Balkan Case Challenge je jedno od najprestižnijih akademskih takmičenja baziranih na case-study metodi u regiji, s akcentom na zapošljavanje mladog i akademski obrazovanog kadra.

BH Challenge je predtakmičenje koje nam omogućava da izaberemo najbolje studente iz BiH kako bi uzeli učešće u velikom finalu, na taj način predstavivši BiH i njen akademski kvalitet.

Samo takmičenje je struktuirano na način da pruži mogućnost studentima da pokažu svoje znanje u četiri oblasti:

Business Case Competition okuplja najbolje studente iz oblasti businessa, ekonomije, menadžmenta i srodnih oblasti stavljajući pred njih zahtjevan slučaj koji se bavi pitanjima ekonomskog razvoja regije jugoistočne Evrope stavljajući ih u ulogu konsultantske kompanije.

Law Moot Court predstavlja simulaciju suđenja pred Međunarodnim sudom pravde, u okviru kojeg studenti pripremaju pismenu i usmenu argumentaciju oslanjajući se na poznavanje principa međunarodnog javnog i evropskog prava.

Model European Council je autentična simulacija sjednica Evropskog vijeća, gdje studenti imaju mogućnost da budu u ulozi diplomata i raspravljaju o gorućim pitanjima evropske politike nastojeći da postignu saglasnost kroz nacrt rezolucije.

ICT case simulira implementaciju informacionih tehnologija u business okruženju naglašavajući potrebu i mogućnost unaprjeđenja poslovanja kroz upotrebu ovih tehnologija, pri čemu su studenti ti koji kreiraju prijedlog potrebne infrastrukture i odgovarajućih rješenja analizirajući predloženo okruženje.
